Either you are looking for a regular lovely outdoor wall sconce, or prefer smarter lighting automatically adjusted to dusk/dawn and motions, PARTPHONER motion sensor wall lights can meet your needs with its advanced motion sensor and photocell sensor.
We also simplify the setting, instead of fumbling on the light fixture, all you need to do is to turn off/on the switch with certain frequencies to fulfill auto mode, manual override mode(stable high light), and energy-saving mode - kindly refer to the user manual, or reach us for guidance.
When the wall mount light fixture is installed and turned on for the first time, it will go through 2 periods before entering auto mode:
1. Standby. Stable high light for appox 20sec;
2. Testing. Dimmed light when no motion, high light upon motion detected, then back to dimmed light 5 sec after motion gone. The whole process will last for appox 2mins.
3. Auto mode. Dimmed light when no motion, high light upon motion detect, then back to dimmed light 2mins after motion gone.
After the standard process, you can choose to set manual override or energy-saving mode according to your needs.
DUSK TO DAWN SENSOR
Enables the wall light fixture to automatically turn on at dusk and off at dawn.
MOTION SENSOR
The lights will stay dimmed when no motion detected; it will come to 100% high setting once motion detected, then back to dimmed light when motion gone.
THREE LIGHTING MODES FOR DIFFERENT SCENARIOS
Auto mode: dimmed light when no motion, turns to 100% brightness upon motion detected
Recommended scenarios: restaurants, stores, or if you want to keep your porch illuminated all night and react to motions
Manual override(stable high light): Light on at 100% setting all night, then turn off at daytime and BACK TO PREVIOUS MODE THE SECOND DAY.
Setting: turn off/on the switch once within 3 secs
Recommended scenarios: when having gatherings at patio, garden, or task lighting for front porch
Energy-saving mode(turn off the dimmed light): lights on only when motion is detected.
Setting: turn off/on the switch twice within 3sec
Recommended scenarios: if you find it unnecessary to keep the lights on all night and want to save energy
KINDLY NOTE:
1. Please use dimmable bulbs for the proper functioning of the motion sensor
2. The manual override has NO memory, the light fixture will go back to the previous mode the other day; if you still want to keep high lights at night, just repeat the setting. Instead, the energy-saving mode has memory
3. If you restart the wall lamp - that is to turn off the switch, wait for more than 3sec, then turn it on again, it will go through standby -testing - auto mode all over again, as mentioned above.
4. Troubleshooting tips that might do help for possible confusions:
Scene 1: 'the lights are always on and bright, it's not reacting to motions as described."
Tips: the light is at manual override, you can close this function by turning off/on the function within 3sec.
Scene 2: 'the light fixture has no dimmed light, it only turns on at high setting when motion is detected.'
Tips: you may accidentally close the night light(energy-saving mode), you can open the dimmed night light by turning off/on the switch twice with 3sec.
Scene 3: 'the lights are on all night, but I don't want to attract bugs and frogs.'
Tips: the auto mode keeps dimmed light when there's no motion, you can choose to shut off dimmed light by turn off/on the switch twice with 3sec.
